KPS Instruments INSUTEST10000 10 kV Insulation Resistance Tester

The KPS Instruments INSUTEST10000 is a high-precision 10 kV insulation resistance tester, suitable for diagnosing and maintaining high voltage equipment such as cables, generators, circuit breakers, and motors.

It offers test voltages from 1,000V to 10,000V and measures insulation resistance up to 20 TΩ. The tester features Polarisation Index (PI) and Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR) for detailed analysis and complies with EN 61010-1 CAT IV 600V standards.

Its key features include a 2-line × 16-character LCD, auto-ranging, and auto-discharge functions. It stores up to 200 test results, which can be downloaded and analysed via optical USB to RS-232. The device also includes test leads, a data transmission cable, and a calibration certificate. It has visual and audio warnings for external voltage, adjustable test durations (1–30 minutes), and overload protection.
