The Socket and See DCF200 allows the fast identification of dead circuits, as well as other applications such as fuse finding, wire tracing and picking, along with wire break detection.
Both the transmitter and receiver work off battery power as opposed to mains power. An indication is given when battery power is low as well as having an auto off feature.
The receiver is simply operated by a single button and automatically adjusts to the received signal strength. It also has dual audible / visual indication and self check facility.
The transmitter works with or without an earth as well protecting against accidental main connection up to 440V and warning of short circuit or potentially hazardous voltages.
