The FLIR MR60 has two modes - pin mode and pinless mode . As the names suggest, the pin mode is used to measure directly with the included external moisture probe, while the pinless mode allows you to verify moisture presence without any direct contact needed.

In both modes, moisture readings are displayed as a digital reading on the display and also shown as a severity level on a coloured bargraph indicator. At the touch of a button you can also save any findings you have (up to 10,000 screenshots can be stored) ready for transfer and viewing on your PC.

In pin mode, the MR60 allows you to choose between eleven different material grounds to enhance accuracy when testing (see tech specs table for all moisture scales). Programmable high moisture alarms can also be set, with audible and colour visual alerts whenever this user-set threshold is exceeded.

The FLIR MR60 comes supplied with an external pin probe, charger, adaptor and USB cable. It is covered by FLIR's 2-10 warranty which guarantees the sensors for 10 years and other aspects of the meter for two years.
